Chihsheng started to run after his 40s. As an academic scholar, he loves to do research. In 2016, he found out that running is the best way to lose weight and to get better body shape. Through running and diet control, Chihsheng lost 100 lbs in ten months. He was given another opportunity in life to be active and be competitive. He has been addicted to running two year ago. Chihsheng started marathon training so hard for 18 weeks. He became Boston qualifier after his first marathon. Chihsheng is new to pacing but he enjoys helping other runners find their potential and reach their goals.
