Tom has been running regularly for almost 25 years. But his running slowly dwindled over the years, until being diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2013. Since then, with treatment, Tom has lost over 60 pounds and is running farther and faster than ever. He has PR’d at every distance he’s raced over the last two years. He cross-trains by lifting weights and practicing yoga. Tom’s full-time job is as Deputy Chief of a central NH fire-rescue department.
Tom hopes to pay it forward by helping others achieve their running goals.
