Theresa started running in 2006. She initially took up running to help her lose weight. She lost 80 lbs with the help of running but it quickly became more than just a form of exercise it became part of her life, a way to help her clear her head. She has run over 15 half marathons, 8 full marathons, 4 relays, and countless 5k & 10k’s. She enjoys motivating others and encouraging them to pick up running as a hobby for both the physical and mental benefits.
