Steve is a 45 year old certified personal trainer with more than 20 years experience in physical fitness. During his younger days, Steve used running to balance his strength training obsession.
But, in the last 10 years, he has developed a passion for distance running and uses strength training to support his running.
Steve has completed over 30 marathons and several ultra-marathons including the Boston Marathon and the Pinhoti 100. Over the last 5 years he has logged more than 12,000 miles, and he has become known by his local running group as “the Mileslayer”.
As a high school teacher, cross country coach, personal trainer, and active member in his local running club, he has taught and coached hundreds to be successful in life, fitness, and running.
To Steve, being healthy and active is a way of life. He loves interacting with others to share his experiences and hear their stories.
