Stephen has been running since 2012, when he decided he should set a good example for his patients. He dropped 50 pounds, went from non-runner to marathoner, and tries to live the healthy lifestyle he preaches to his patients as an Internal Medicine physician. He and his wife maintain an active running and racing schedule year-round. He has run 4 marathons and qualified for Boston, 12 half marathons, and numerous 5Ks and 10Ks, with plans for many more. He loves to pace other runners to achieve their goals and will talk your ear off during the race about everything running-related.
