Stephanie Hall

A lover of mindful movement. Stephanie finds enjoyment and strength in challenging her body. The power of movement is especially close to her heart as a type 1 diabetic. Managing T1D has given her an appreciation for all that the body does. When not swimming, biking or running Stephanie practices and teaches vinyasa yoga. She completed her first half iron man in 2018, and intends on completing her first full in 2020.
