Sean started truly running in 2012 after finishing his career playing college lacrosse. He met his now wife who took him on a 4 mile run as one of the first things they did. That run quickly turned into a new frontier of competition and a full on addiction. He finds true joy and excitement in continuing to get better as a runner, setting new PR’s, and obtaining the once thought to be unobtainable. For Sean there is nothing better in running than the energy and vibe of a crowd of people getting ready to achieve a goal they have set whether distance or pace. Sean continues to enjoy weekend long runs with his wife and 2 young daughters while always training for the next challenge in front of him. Sean is CPR, AED, and First Aid certified. He also is a member of his local running club.
