Sara Millar

Sara started running in 2016 and quickly fell in love with both the physical benefits and mental clarity it provides.  She enjoys running all distances, from 5Ks to ultramarathons; her favorite distance is the half marathon. She is an Ironman triathlete, avid surfer, yogini, and sponsored cyclist in both mountain bike and criterium racing.  

She is a certified running coach with the Road Runners Club of America and her next goal is to become a certified coach with USA Triathlon.  She believes the body is capable of far more than the mind thinks. She feels pacing is a great way to give back to the running community and tries to inspire athletes to reach their goals while having fun doing it.

She resides in Myrtle Beach, SC with her four dogs and cat, and freely admits she’s a crazy dog lady.
