Rongfang Ding started running in 2016, before that, she could barely ran 5 miles. But once started, she could never stop. She was not an athletic person but found herself especially suited for running. She finished her first half marathon in 1:58 in November 2015. And in September 2017, she finished her first marathon in 3:57, 3 weeks later she ran Chicago marathon and finished in 3:58. And in 2018, she ran London marathon, Chicago marathon and Marine Corps marathon. She likes to encourage and run with other people.
Rongfang Ding works in the finance area and needs to travel on business from time to time. Running is her way to release pressure and have fun. She has made a lot of good friends from running and she appreciates the support/help from her family and friends.
