Paul has been running most of his life. Starting out as a sprinter and then moving to longer events until he started running the 2-mile. This is when he first discovered that he had some endurance. After running in high school, Paul took several years off and started to run again in his 30s. It started with an obstacle race with family. He was hooked again. He then set his sights on running in the greatest marathon on Earth the Boston Marathon. After qualifying and running Boston, his sights turned to others and their goals. Paul has been known in the middle of a race to pick out a person or two and pace them to their goal time. His favorite person to pace though is his son, Jerome, who completed his first half marathon in September of 2017. Whether its a workout or a race, Paul is ready to pace.
