Natalie is a lifelong runner, proud mother of two girls, and wife to a very supportive husband. She has been racing marathons since 2013 and in November of 2016 I PR’d her marathon time at just under 4 hours. She runs 6 days a week and 13.1 is her preferred distance for racing or for leisure. She starts each day before the sun rises with at least 6 miles as it is the best way to wake up and offers a time for mental relaxation and reflection. She loves the sport and loves pacing to help others meet their goals! Let’s run!!
