Nadia started running to help with depression when her youngest daughter was only 4 months old. At that time she didn’t even own workout clothes, she ran her first 5k wearing denim shorts! Since then, Nadia has completed multiple full and half Ironman along with many other distances from 5k to 50k. Nadia is also a certified running coach who’s passionate about reaching her racing goals as well as helping others obtain their own.

Nadia is a dedicated mother of two teenage daughters. She has a joyful and encouraging personality and you will most definitely have a great time running with her.
