Michael is a former Dance Dance Revolution player who adapted his quick foot movement to running back in 2011. He runs mostly 5K races and half marathons, with the occasional 10K, though he’s been in a few marathons mostly to get that checked off the bucket list. He enjoys a quick stride and good company interested in pursuing strong times together. He is also a teacher, using that experience to analyze his running and help motivate you to reach your goals.
