Meghan Duffy

Meghan started running in 2011 while taking a Marathon kinesiology elective course at Penn State University which required a full or half marathon finish to pass the course. After that first race, Meghan thought “I can go faster than that” and immediately signed up for her next race.  The rest is history! Since then Meghan has run countless races from 5k to marathon distances. Though Meghan loves a fast 5k, the mental and physical challenge of the marathon distance is what keeps her coming back for more.  Meghan has been active all her life playing soccer, basketball, lacrosse and swimming. Running allows her to establish measurable physical goals and release her competitive energy!

Outside of running, Meghan is a pediatric physical therapist and youth soccer coach in Savannah, Georgia.  She loves being outdoors (preferably with her dog!) and activity in all forms!

Meghan is passionate about helping others achieve their goals, so pacing races has been even more rewarding than racing them!
