Matt Woolston

Matt lives and trains (mostly) in Lehi, Utah. He loves running and what it has done for him.  In 2010 he stepped on the scale and read 279 lbs. He swore that he would never see that weight again.  He’s now down to 190 lbs., run over 25 marathons, and all the adult diseases that plague the men in his family are kept behind him.  His favorite marathon was Beijing in 2017 (1 of 4 marathons he’s run in China). 30,000 runners, running through historic Beijing, spectators lining the entire route, and the most amazing finishers medal ever.  He and his wife have 4 grown children and are proud of them.
