Mary has been a runner since she was young but became much more serious about running after moving to St. George, Utah in 2013. She began slowing building my miles in 2013, raced 5k’s then gradually increased her distances to 10k’s, Half marathons, and Full Marathon distances. Mary began pacing after her first half back in 2014 and has since paced numerous Half Marathons and a few marathons. She is currently helping her husband train (he is not a runner) for THEIR first 50k in March in Moab, Utah. Running is part of her lifestyle, hobby…it is what she LOVES to do. Pacing helps her to get more of those miles in while helping others reach their goals! It also has proven to be a great way to explore the country with her family.
