Mandi learned the love of running from her parents at a tender young age. She swore her father taught her to run before she learned to crawl. She recalls the most memorable race was completing Bloomsday 12k in Spokane, alongside her father, when she was in 5th grade and finishing in the top 25% of over 40,000 runners.
Fast forward to many, many years later. Mandi found herself in a career where she was traveling 3 weeks out of the month. Life was good, but her health and weight were anything from optimal. Realizing that she needed to either buy a new wardrobe of bigger clothing or dust off the running shoes, Mandi choose the latter.
With the help of her two doggies, she began to run and has not looked back in over 4+ years.
She is excited for new running adventures and supporting others in their running journey.
