Liz started running in high school, but life and family happened and it got away from her. After many years away she started back into it in late 2012 as a way to relieve stress from some tough times going on in her life. Liz started out with a goal to complete one 5k a month for a whole year. Half way through the year she realized she needed a bigger goal and turned to half’s. A marathon and many half’s later she’s still going strong and now helping others meet their goals. And still looking to conquer bigger distances of her own.
