Lauren began running in track and field competing in the mile and mile relay. After a long hiatus, she returned to running in her 30’s, but started pushing for longer distances. She began increasing her distance races from 5K’s to 10K’s to half and full marathons. She has now completed multiple full marathons and half marathons. Last year, with the encouragement of a pacer in the last two miles of a half marathon, she reached her personal record goal time. It was then she decided she wanted to help others achieve their running goals too. She is excited and honored to be a part of the running/pacing community.
