Keith is a distance runner that doesn’t like running. But he loves the camaraderie and support that the running community brings. After dabbling in academia, acting, rock music and public speaking, he discovered that runners are more fun. And now he is making up for lost time. With a marathon count approaching 400, Keith is better known for his long runs, with 80 hundred milers that include notable journeys like Badwater, Tahoe 200, Western States, Leadville and Wasatch. But his favorite race is still Boston, which he’s enjoyed these past 13 years. So if your dream is to get there yourself, or to chase a PR, or just to be entertained by his off-beat English humor, then join him for the ride! It will be fun he says.
