Jon began running in 2017 on his fitness journey and has since lost 100 pounds! This year, one of Jon’s goals is to run a sanctioned half marathon or greater each month and to complete his first 50 miler. When not traveling for work, he spends time on his boat in Baltimore or in Cincinnati adventuring with his daughter. In his free time, Jon enjoys coaching others in a small online forum, discussing topics of diet, exercise and lifestyle.
