Jennifer Jordan

Jennifer started running 6 years ago as a way to lose weight through a couch to 5k app. Shortly after struggling through her first 5k, her sister convinced her to train for her first half marathon. Jennifer was hooked. She ran her first half marathon in late 2012, her first full marathon in 2014, and her first ultra in early 2016. Now, she’s met the most amazing people through running and has the best circle of friends, all brought together through this sport. She can’t imagine running not being a huge part of her life and sharing it with others. Jennifer dedicates all her runs to Layton, an amazing little boy with Down Syndrome who she was paired with through the Irun4 program. Her life long goal is to be 70 years young and still running with a smile on her face.
