Jeff hasn’t always been an active runner. In fact, growing up, running was considered his least favorite activity. It’s funny how life can change. The transition didn’t happen overnight, but more so morphed over time. An initial desire to start living a healthier lifestyle led to a goal of running a mile, to a 5K, 10K, half, and eventually a full marathon. Throughout this process he’s developed a true appreciation of the power of setting and crushing goals. He believes one of the greatest feelings you can experience occurs when you achieve something you didn’t know was physically possible. This is what has led Jeff to pacing. Jeff is thankful for the support he’s been given from his running family over the years, and now hopes to play a minor role in helping others along their journey.
