Claire McKeone

Claire discovered her love of running in 2004 when her dad insisted she join the track team. She continued her running career by completing her first half marathon before transitioning to the field side, high jumping for Saint Louis University. Upon receiving her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology, she returned to distance running. Claire graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University in 2014. She moved to Cincinnati and completed her Orthopedic Clinical Specialization through Cincinnati Children’s and ran first full marathon in 2016. She fills her days working with youth athletes at Cincinnati Children’s Sports/Ortho PT, researching the effects of maturation on running mechanics, teaching pilates, enjoying a game of pick up ice hockey, or running herself.Claire’s love of running has only grown over the years. She shares her passion for movement with fellow runners, empowering them to optimize their abilities.
