Chris Hubmeier

Chris has been an avid runner for over 15 years, first as a way to reduce stress and establish healthy habits, and then for the true love of the sport. His first organized long distance race was the Chicago Marathon in 2004 and he’s since participated in more than seven half marathons. He’s developed a passion for trail races, running the Castlewood Cup, Skippo, and completing his first ultra marathon during the Dusk to Dawn trail race in 2016. He enjoys challenging relays and has run the Katy 80, Uncorked, and Ragnar from Madison, WI to Chicago. Some of his most rewarding races have been numerous 5Ks with his 10 year old daughter, Evelyn. He’s excited about helping others achieve their goals through this pacing opportunity.
