Andy took up running in 1987. Never having been athletic, and not being any kind of fan of the sport, he set a New Year’s resolution to run every day of that year. When he saw the huge improvements, he was hooked. He has done numerous races since from every distance from the mile to the Marathon, as well as several Tris including more than 5 half Ironmans and numerous bike events. Andy loves most endurance sports and loves to help others achieve dreams which they once believed to be impossible.
